Freedom, Slavery, Liberty.
In Chester McCalley’s Grace Part 4 he discusses…
- What freedom is and is not
- Liberty is not freedom of authority
- It's a change of master, not freedom from service
- It does not mean "no respect for authority"
- Liberty is freedom from form of tyranny as specified by the Word
Submission to the Lordship of Christ
- Submit as Free, from a tyrannical master to a loving master
- We are to obey the authorities designated by the Lord
- Total authority is only with God
- He gives part of his authority to governments, parents, husbands, etc.
